Oh and since they we’re planning on leaving super early, the prank we had in mind would be so mean. So instead me, espe, and Moe got together and decided we we’re going to sing him a song. Moe learned the guitar part for “honeybee” and we figured out most of the harmonies. Yes we know honeybee is a love song, but its sad and seemed fitting. So we drove over there knocked on their door and had them step outside while we sang him our goodbye. “Hello goodbye twas nice to know you. How I’d find myself without you, that I’ll never know” then more hugs came to follow. :(

Soo yesterday we hiked the lava caves and had a pretty fabulous morning with Barton and Lawah :) it was a really good time. They came over later that night. We’re just hanging out as usual, and then Barton says “I have something to tell you guys.” And of course whenever we hear that from a missionary, we know. He tells us he’s leaving. I had to step out of the room. I was full of disbelief. I mean I know its bound to happen sometime but yeah… I cried about it a bunch. But always composed myself before going back out there. They ended up staying like another hour and a half. We took some silly pictures. And after a very long procrastination, they we’re off. I threw the imaginary snap ball one last time at Barton and told him to bring it back.
